CleanCierge.com will always use the utmost care possible in the cleaning and handling of your garments, shoes, household goods or any other item trusted to us.
Due to variations in materials, fabrics and dyes used to manufacture these products, we cannot guarantee against color loss, shrinkage, damage to weak or tender fabrics or damage to buckles, beads, trimmings, buttons, belts, sequins or any other attachments.
CleanCierge.com will always handle a garment according to its manufacturer’s recommended cleaning instruction! In case this instruction tag is missing we will use our best judgment and experience in order to provide the safest method of cleaning.
Any differences in count must be reported, and receipt presented, within 48 hours. Unless a list accompanied the bundle, our count must be accepted.
CleanCierge.com’s liability with respect to any lost or damaged item shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it.
Unless a clear proof of mishandling can be provided, client agrees to release CleanCierge.com and any of its contractors from any liability in the event of any unsatisfactory outcome due to the processing of an item.
In order to provide our clients with the highest quality cleaning possible CleanCierge.com does not guarantee the delivery back of orders within a certain time frame. We will generally return orders back to our clients within 2 to 3 days. Clients can check orders status on their personal CleanCierge.com account.
Client agrees to pick up her/his items within 3 days of delivery back to the locker.
Orders left for more than 1 week will be taken back to our processing plant and kept for 90 days. It is the client’s responsibility to contact us for redelivery within this time frame. CleanCierge.com will not be liable for items left for more than 90 days.
$30.00 charge will apply to any lost or missing locker key under client’s responsibility. If key is later found and returned to CleanCierge.com, we will issue a $20.00 credit good for any of our services.
In consideration to all of the above items and the understanding that our intentions are always good but some things are not within our control, client agrees to pay for services preformed regardless of the outcome.
